It draws parallel with our adventure in Iceland and raises the question - can a landscape or experience change you? So the story is a story of personal growth and about facing your inner demons.
He was an Australian citizen, and during Covid he couldn’t get home - he continually got denied at the border, week after week, and ultimately he ended up relapsing. Ultimately what ended up happening was that he got stuck in Mexico City on his return journey, while the rest of us had made it back to our families. When we got back, we realized that one of the people who was on the trip was suffering from addiction, and he had gone on the trip in the hope to overcome some of that. The trip was a success by all means we ventured into the unknown, we crossed the glacier, we created a new route, but what we didn't realize was that the real story didn’t end there. Should we start with you telling us a bit about the Kickstarter project and what the film is about?Ĭhris: Absolutely! A few emails later, we ended up on a call with him that turned out to be one of those phone calls you can’t help but smile throughout and be inspired by. Two days ago, we sent an email to Chris Burkard, asking him if he would be keen to join us for a call to talk about his newest Kickstarter campaign, which is fundraising for his new film.

Some calls are fun and creative, some are ones where you zone out and watch a surf movie in the background, some you forget what you were talking about 10 minutes after handing up, and then, some are the kind of calls you tell your friends about. Pick it up, exit the level, and infuse it to harness the power of the cat for future runs.Over the last two years, hosting meetings, catch-ups and calls online has become a regular thing. Climb up to the roof - this is easiest with the Shift Slab equipped - and you’ll see a glowing Trinket in the middle of an Eternalist-shaped indent in the snow. Head to Karl’s Bay in the Evening and head to Hangar 1, the large warehouse-like building along the coast. A pop-up will show up to tell you that the Eternalist landed on Hangar 1 in Karl’s Bay.
Look for a fully charged battery on the ground, put it in the cannon, and press the red button to fire it. If this happens, dispatch his buddies and approach the cannon. There is a chance that, depending on the time of day, the Eternalist will not launch himself out of the cannon.
Watch as he launches himself out of the cannon. Here, a pair of Eternalists talk to their pal in the cannon, who is convinced that his Cat Fall Trinket will prevent him from taking damage from the flight. Turn right, and sneak along the roofs and cliffs until you reach a gray and red canon overlooking the water. This door opens out to a corridor facing the big neon Candy Bar sign. Head to Updaam in the afternoon and take the right exit out of the tunnels.
